I have used it for years on my desk top which is running XP Pro and when Microsoft quite supporting it and then went to 7, 8, and finally ended up on that piece of junk called 10 I went and got a laptop with 7 on it, but I do not have Pho Tags Express on it and I wish that I could get it.
